Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job OverviewMarketech International Corporation USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, operational, construction, and corporate functions. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source qualified candidates, manage candidate communication, coordinate interviews, and support the offer and onboarding process.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional candidate experience and supporting compliant hiring practices.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage full-cycle recruitment, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate follow-up.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, hiring priorities, and expected timelines.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, engineering, operations, field, administrative, and corporate roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, staffing partners, resume databases, networking, and direct outreach.Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.Hiring Manager & Candidate CoordinationCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collect interview feedback and assist with next steps in the hiring process.Support hiring managers by providing candidate summaries, screening notes, and pipeline updates.Assist with offer preparation, salary benchmarking, negotiation support, and pre-employment coordination.Candidate Experience & Employer BrandingPromote a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.Represent Marketech International Corporation USA professionally in all candidate communications.Support employer branding efforts through job postings, candidate engagement, and consistent messaging.Maintain accurate and professional job postings across internal and external platforms.Recruitment Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system or internal tracking tools.Track recruitment metrics including candidate pipeline status, time-to-fill, interview activity, and offer progress.Support onboarding coordination with HR, hiring managers, and internal departments.Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable U.S. employment regulations.Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field.Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, construction, operations, manufacturing, or corporate roles preferred.Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and/or applicant tracking systems.Knowledge of U.S. employment practices, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in construction, semiconductor, industrial, engineering, or high-tech environments.Experience supporting high-volume or multi-department recruitment.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.Ability to conduct structured phone screens and prepare hiring-manager-ready candidate summaries.Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus but not required.Work EnvironmentThis position is based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.The role requires regular collaboration with HR, hiring managers, department leaders, candidates, and external recruiting partners.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementMarketech International Corporation USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
