Overview We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at a Machining and Fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery and producing precision parts. Responsibilities - Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders - Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations - Perform quality control checks using tools like micrometers and calipers - Ensure parts meet specifications by following GD&T principles - Program machines using CAM software - Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Requirements - Proficiency in machining operations and techniques - Experience with CNC programming and operation - Knowledge of press brake machines is a plus - Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment - Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles - Ability to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to various manufacturing processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Georgetown, KY 40324 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Georgetown, KY 40324: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
