This role requires a minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience?please note that candidates without dermatology background will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic dermatologic conditionsConduct full-skin exams and perform dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.)Develop and implement treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medicationsEducate patients on skin health, sun protection, and post-treatment careCollaborate closely with board-certified dermatologists and other medical specialistsAccurately document patient visits in the EMR systemRequired Qualifications:Active and unrestricted New York State NP or PA licenseGraduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current board certificationMinimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in dermatology (required)Strong diagnostic and procedural skills across a variety of skin conditionsExcellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skillsEMR proficiency and strong attention to clinical detailAble to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environmentCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay: $100?$120 per hour (commensurate with experience)Health, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holiday pay401(k) retirement planShort- and long-term disability insuranceFlexible opportunities: Part-time, per diem, and locum tenens availableWhy Join Doral Health & Wellness?We value your clinical expertise and support your growth in a collaborative, modern, and mission-driven environment.
