Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Registered Nurse is needed to support student health services within a school setting in Everett, WA. This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 16, 2026. The role primarily involves providing nursing care at an elementary school, assisting with student health plans, and collaborating closely with Health Technicians. Some travel between nearby schools within a few miles is expected to ensure comprehensive health support across the district.Key Responsibilities:Deliver nursing care to students, including health assessments and emergency care.Collaborate with Health Technicians to implement and monitor individualized student health plans.Manage student health records and maintain compliance with state and district health policies.Provide health education to students, staff, and families as needed.Conduct routine screenings and support infection control protocols.Travel between schools within a 2-3 mile radius to support multiple campuses.Qualifications:Current Washington State RN license is required.Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred.Ability to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week).Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.Flexibility to support needs across multiple schools in close proximity.Location: Everett, WAThis position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student health and wellness while working in a supportive educational environment.
