Test Engineer

We're working with a defense technology company that connects sensing to action across the connected battlespace, supporting U.S. and allied defense organizations with differentiated hardware, software, and mission expertise. They help customers sense threats, make sense of complex conditions, and act with greater speed, precision, and confidence in contested environments.The Role Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality, data integrity, and end-to-end business processes. Maintain and refine automated test scripts using approved automation tools (e.g., Eggplant, Selenium, Katalon, or equivalent). Support end-to-end validation efforts across integrated systems, including PLM, ERP, and interface/data exchange processes. Ensure all testing activities produce appropriate Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) artifacts in support of DoD compliance requirements. Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development and functional teams for resolution. Analyze test results and provide clear, concise status updates and reports to the Test Lead.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience with test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant, Python). Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems. Strong working knowledge of test planning, execution, and documentation aligned with DoD standards. Ability to produce OQE artifacts to support system certification/accreditation. Currently hold an active U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one.What's On Offer Opportunity to work on critical defense programs.
