As the most respected and trusted sushi leader in South Florida, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and act as an ambassador for our brand.If you are a motivated, detail-oriented leader with a passion for people and a knack for creating memorable dining experiences, we want you to grow with us.The Role: What You'll DoYou will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest while upholding our reputation for excellence.Lead & Develop: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver top-notch service. You'll lead by example with a hands-on approach, working the floor to inspire your team.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily functions including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling while ensuring 100% compliance with company policies.Food Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and presentation, ensuring every dish aligns with our commitment to excellence.Financial Performance: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize revenue and profitability.Guest Satisfaction: Proactively resolve guest complaints and staff conflicts, maintaining our reputation for exceptional hospitality.Marketing Support: Assist in implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers and boost regional revenue.What You Bring to the TableExperience: Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience (Required).
