A company is looking for an OpenStack Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot private cloud deployments based on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
Provide high-tier support for critical product issues and lead incident management efforts
Act as a shift-level technical leader, managing platform health and responding to alerts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong experience with OpenStack core services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, and Glance
Hands-on knowledge of Neutron networking and Cinder storage backends
Strong Ceph experience, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
Advanced Linux system administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals
