Job DescriptionA well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee complex ground-up and renovation projects. Project experience may include data centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, labs, clean rooms, cold storage, and other technically demanding environments.Position Highlights:Traveling Superintendent role supporting projects primarily in CST and EST time zonesBase salary up to $125,000, depending on experienceBonus structure, profit sharing, plus a strong overall benefits packageCompany covers all travel expenses and per diemConsistent efforts to get superintendents home most weekends, at minimum every two weeksQualifications:Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projectsData center experience preferred, but not required with comparable project backgroundStrong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skillsThis is a confidential search.
