ServiceNow Developer – Legal Service DeliveryContractHybrid - 3 days a week onsiteNew JerseyTechNET IT has partnered with a global leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector (enterprise-scale, 100,000+ employees) to support the growth of their ServiceNow capability within Legal Service Delivery.This is a business-facing role, suited to a developer who is confident engaging with both Legal and IT stakeholders, and who can deliver scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions with minimal customisation.The Role You will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that support Legal Service Delivery and Work Management use cases across a global organisation. Acting as a technical advisor, you will help shape platform strategy while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions for Legal Service DeliveryTranslate business requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box configurationsAdvise stakeholders on best practice design and platform capabilitiesBuild and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripting, integrations and data modelsProduce functional designs, process flows and configuration strategiesEnsure development aligns with platform governance and release processesRequired ExperienceProven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in business-facing environments (ideally Legal Service Delivery)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience driving scalable, low-customisation solutionsStrong technical capability across:ServiceNow scriptingFlow DesignerData modellingExperience producing clear functional and technical documentationPreferredExperience supporting Legal, enterprise workflow, or work management solutionsExperience working within a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence or governed platform environmentThis is an opportunity to join a highly mature ServiceNow environment within a globally recognised organisation, where platform scalability and best practice are prioritised.
