Location- Hybrid; NJSalary- Up to $110k plus bonusFor more information on benefits and what we offer please visit us at https://www.exlservice.com/us-careers-and-benefitsWe’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who loves building end‑to‑end solutions, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys working across modern backend, frontend, and cloud technologiesWhat You’ll Do:Backend & API DevelopmentBuild and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.jsDevelop robust RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systemsImprove performance, reliability, and scalability of backend servicesFrontend EngineeringBuild intuitive, responsive UIs using React or similar frameworksWork closely with design and product teams to bring user experiences to lifeData & DatabasesWrite efficient SQL queries and manage relational databasesSupport schema design, data modeling, and performance tuningCloud & DevOpsDeploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) for workflow and documentationCollaborationParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussionsWork cross‑functionally with product, design, and QATroubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvementQualifications:4–5 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or DjangoSolid SQL skills and experience with relational databasesHands‑on experience with React or similar frontend frameworksFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and Atlassian toolsStrong understanding of engineering best practices and version controlPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Docker or KubernetesKnowledge of microservices architectureExposure to infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
