We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our automotive engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of vehicle electrical systems, including wire harnesses, communication buses (CAN/C-Bus), and overall electrical architecture. You will collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions for next-generation vehicles.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop automotive wire harness systems, including routing, packaging, and component selectionCreate and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentationDevelop and integrate communication networks such as CAN/C-Bus systemsDefine electrical architecture for vehicle platforms, ensuring scalability and reliabilityPerform circuit design, analysis, and validation testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systemsSupport prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisEnsure compliance with automotive standards, safety regulations, and quality requirementsWork with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for productionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in automotive electrical systems designStrong knowledge of wire harness design and electrical schematicsExperience with CAN/C-Bus or similar communication protocolsProficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, EPLAN, Capital, or similar)Understanding of automotive standards and best practices (e.g., ISO, SAE)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with electric or hybrid vehicle systemsKnowledge of embedded systems and diagnosticsFamiliarity with simulation and validation toolsExperience working in a production or manufacturing environment
