Job Title: Scrum MasterLocation: Florida (Onsite) Job Type: Contract (W2 Only)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesAct as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practicesIdentify and remove impediments/blockers impacting team progressCollaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlogTrack and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizationEnsure effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teamsSupport Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile culture across the organizationCoach team members on Agile frameworks and methodologiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional development teamsProficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOpsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsScrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFeExperience in enterprise-level Agile environmentsBackground in software development or technical teamsExperience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
