The ideal candidate is a frontend specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js. This role requires strong ownership of the UI/UX development lifecycle — from component architecture to performance optimization and testing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex, reusable UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptBuild and manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, or ZustandImplement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI designs in collaboration with UX/design teamsOptimize application performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and bundle size managementDevelop and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing LibraryIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs / GraphQL endpointsCollaborate closely with backend, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-upsMaintain and improve component libraries and design systems (Storybook a plus)Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, cross-browser compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecksRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of professional experience as a Frontend/React DeveloperStrong hands-on expertise in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Custom Hooks)Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptExperience with state management libraries: Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context APIStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, SASS)Experience with React Router for client-side routingHands-on experience with testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, CypressExperience consuming REST APIs / GraphQL from the frontendFamiliarity with build tools: Webpack, Vite, BabelExperience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
