Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.comLocation: Phoenix, AZEmployment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yardSupervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatchMonitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT complianceCommunicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delaysImplement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance historyWork closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operationsAddress and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortagesQualifications3~5+ years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred)Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulationsExperience managing drivers and vehicle schedulesProficiency in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS) is preferredStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsBilingual (Korean/English) is requiredCDL license or technical understanding of fleet equipment is a plus but not requiredThe base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000/ Salary, depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)Health, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, STD, LTD Insurance401(K) PlanPaid Time OffAdditional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
