Utility player: willing to help wherever needed, most organized when doing so; will support recruiters, help build rad teams, partner whenever needed. Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events; be knowledgeable about business and HR related questions (e.g., benefits, comp, etc.); comfortable with data and running reports weekly; spread Uber love through networking events, e-meetups, etc.; work closely with recruitment team to improve programs and develop innovative talent strategy. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of prior scheduling experience. Calendar management, high volume scheduling. Stakeholder management. Develop relationships. Customer service mindset.
