It is a high-trust operational role inside a rapidly growing healthcare and wellness organization where no two days look the same. You will work closely with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, documentation, policies, and performance conversations, while helping create structure in a company moving at startup speed.One minute you may be coordinating a sensitive employee matter. The next, helping draft employment contracts, managing onboarding logistics, reviewing records, handling compliance projects, or helping leadership think through a difficult people situation.
