Job Overview In this role, you will execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures, master internal tools, and interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers regularly. Your work will be crucial in detecting fulfillment challenges before they become widespread, and you will play an active role in launching new pilot initiatives. Requirements Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 40 hours per week (weekend availability is 100% required). Experience in logistics coordination, vendor/merchant support, or B2B support. Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing contexts. Experience in last-hour logistics or delivery customer service. Preferences Experience with Slack. Bilingual in Spanish for one of the two positions; not required for the other.
