Operations Intern

ServiceSync AI is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented intern to join our team in a hands-on operations and product management role. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founding team during a pivotal stage of growth — and actually make an impact.Timeline: Starting now – early June through August, with strong possibility of extension into the Fall semester.What You'll Do:• Own and maintain our internal Notion workspace — organizing documentation, processes, and team resources• Support day-to-day administrative operations and keep internal systems running smoothly• Build and manage tracking systems to monitor key business metrics, timelines, and priorities• Assist with investor strategy execution — including pipeline management, outreach coordination, and preparation of investor-facing materials• Work cross-functionally with product and business teams on ongoing initiativesYou're a Great Fit If You:• Are highly organized and love building systems that bring order to chaos• Have experience with Notion (or similar tools like Airtable, Monday.com, or Asana)• Are a strong communicator — written and verbal• Can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines• Have an interest in AI, startups, or the venture capital world• Are available to start immediately or by early JuneWhat You'll Get:• Real ownership and responsibility from day one• Direct exposure to startup operations, investor relations, and product strategy• A front-row seat at an AI company building something meaningful• Flexible structure with potential to extend into the fall semesterInterested?
