Call Center Representative

*At TEKsystems we are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to begin their career in an office environment for one of our local Banking companies in Oahu. This is a great opportunity for those eager to gain hands-on experience, with the start in May 2026. In this Customer Service role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive and professional customer experience.* *Responsibilities** Serve as the first line of communication for customer inquiries * Provide high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information * Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism * Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where customer experience is the top priority * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training requirements *Qualifications** Ability to attend Monday-Friday training from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM for the first 3 months * After training, ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday * Weekend shifts required on a rotational basis * High level of professionalism with strong verbal communication skills * Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Comfort working with computers, internet-based systems, and multiple applications * Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
