A nationally respected, fast-growing GC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead complex hospitality and gaming projects across the U.S. This is a front-end leadership role for someone with experience on casinos, luxury hotels, or large entertainment builds who wants a bigger voice in shaping projects.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a full relocation package provided. The Carolinas are one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, with a strong and stable construction pipeline. The Role
Lead preconstruction efforts across entertainment, gaming, and hospitality projects
Drive budgets, GMPs, and cost strategy from concept through buyout
Partner directly with owners, architects, and design teams early in the process
Manage subcontractor outreach, bid coverage, and procurement strategy
Lead value engineering while maintaining design intent and project experience
Build and manage schedules in P6 across design, permitting, and precon phases
Mentor and develop a growing preconstruction team
Play a key role in client relationships and winning new work
What They're Looking For
8+ years in preconstruction / estimating within hospitality, gaming, or large commercial projects
Experience on casinos, resorts, luxury hotels, or entertainment-driven builds
Strong knowledge of building systems, cost drivers, and constructability
Proven ability to operate in a client-facing leadership role
