Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5. Responsibilities include providing nursing care to patients following surgery. Ensure patient comfort and safety during recovery. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery processes. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document patient care and progress in the medical record.
