This position starts on 2/13/2024, with a need for one provider. We encourage you to submit your best rate for consideration. Credentialing and Work Details Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days OR: 2 Rooms plus OB coverage Deliveries per Month: 30 average with an 18% C-section rate Coverage at Caro Critical Access Hospital: 2 days per week, including endoscopy and minor procedures Shift Schedule: Feb 13-16, 7 am - 4 pm, with call TBD Call Requirements: Start when the shift ends during the week (around 3:30 pm) until the next morning at 7 am. Weekend call is a full 24-hour period both days (7 am ??? 7 am). Patient Load and Support Patients Per Day: 4-12 Support: Lab, Radiology, APP ER physician, Provider coverage for med-surg, swing beds, respiratory coverage from 7 am-4 pm Case Types General Cases: Surgical cases including general, ENT, gynecological, urologic, vascular, orthopedic, & obstetrical cases (OB for Thumb only) Ventilation Management: Establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation Evaluation & Management: Acute volume/BP issues Travel and Reimbursement Travel Reimbursement: Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel with a $150 cap (including taxes) - rental must be refueled before return Exclusions: Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees, No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, i.e., Expedia, Kayak, etc. Tax Exemption: McLaren is tax-exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Malpractice Rates: MUST be included in the rate Submission Requirements Certifications: AANA Certified, BLS, ACLS, NRP (or NLSP within three (3) months of initial credentialing) Experience: Adults, Peds, and OB License: Active MI License and CSR at the time of submission (no exceptions) COVID Vaccination: Required at the time of name clear Rates: Submit rates at the time of name clear ???
