Lead Generation & Business Intelligence Specialist

About the RoleHexagon Multivista is looking for a sharp, self-driven, and hungry individual to own our leadgeneration engine in the construction sector. This is not a passive research role - we needsomeone who gets excited about finding opportunities, building contact lists, and making thingshappen.You will work closely with our business development team, using platforms like Dodge Reports,ZoomInfo, and Construction Dive to identify active construction projects, map out all relevantstakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, architects, and engineers), and fuel our sales pipelineacross every bidding opportunity.What You´ll Do• Monitor and mine multiple construction intelligence databases daily to identify projectsgoing to bid - including Dodge Data, ZoomInfo, Construction Dive, and similar platforms.• Build and maintain structured lead lists including General Contractors, Subcontractors,and A&E firms tied to each project.• Enrich contact data and map decision-makers per project.• Run outreach campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn) to qualify and warm upopportunities.• Hand off qualified leads to the sales team with full project and contact context.• Log all activity, contacts, and pipeline updates in Salesforce (our primary CRM) -keeping records clean, current, and usable by the rest of the team.• Use CRM data to prioritize follow-ups, track outreach sequences, and report on leadpipeline status.• Support quote distribution workflows - in any given project there may be 1 GC andmultiple subs quoting plumbing, mechanical, and other trades, and the goal is to reachall of them.• Collaborate on AI-assisted outreach tools and help train and test outreach templates.Who You Are• Proactive - you don´t wait to be told what to do next.• Not shy - you´ll send that email, make that connection, and push for a response.• Tech-savvy - you pick up new tools fast and actually enjoy it.• Organized - you can manage hundreds of contacts and projects without dropping theball.• Competitive - you want to see the pipeline grow and you take it personally when itdoesn´t.
