Technical Program & Project ManagerLocation: Coppell, TX (Hybrid or On-site)OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program & Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional coordination across Business Systems, Network Engineering, Product, and IT initiatives.The ideal candidate combines program leadership with hands-on project management, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into well-planned, efficiently executed projects that deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the sprint planning programCoordinate interdependent initiatives across platforms, applications, and business functions.Facilitate agile ceremonies and program-level planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.Track program health including risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts.Plan and manage individual technical projects from initiation through delivery.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with IT, Product, and Network/Software Engineering stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.Act as a central point of coordination between technical teams and business partners.Communicate project and program status, risks, and dependencies clearly across teams and leadership.Balance competing priorities across projects while maintaining program objectives.Maintain program and project documentation, dashboards, and KPIs.Establish standardized project management practices, templates, and reporting frameworks.Ensure transparency and accountability across all program and project efforts.Preferred Qualifications5-10 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related roles.Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects within a larger program structure.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with cross functional teams.This employer will not sponsor visas for this role.Csquare is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
