Project Manager

Job Summary Responsible for planning, monitoring, and on-time delivery of projects while maintaining constant communication with the customer, sales team, and operations on any updates for the projects. Supervisory Responsibilities: Up to 0-3 Exempt Up to 0-5 Non-Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Point of contact for assigned customer account. Provide the necessary support and management for successful implementation of a project from start to finish. Facilitate and maintain communication between shop production, purchasing, customer service, applicable sales rep(s), and management. Assess operational requirements at all stages and manage those with our team. Set project schedule, track status, monitor and manage production orders, sales orders, production,shipping, and installation processes. Ensure project stays on schedule and any changes affecting this are resolved and communicated between Remis and customer. Track progress on the schedule and meet designated milestones for success. Communicate with sales and customer on project. Offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise. Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards. Identifies and resolves issues and risks. Implements change practices when needed. Manages resource to make certain production and installation schedules are on track. Complete purchase order and invoice processing for customers and third-party vendors. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities. Performs any other duties assigned by management. Required Skills/Abilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a constantly changing environment. Demonstrate a positive attitude, energy, and professionalism, as well as be trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrate sound work ethics. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively on multiple levels within the organization. Available to work a flexible schedule that may include some nights and weekends. Able to work extended hours as needed. Able to travel as necessary. Education and Experience Bachelors degree required. 5+ years of experience in a project management role required. Retail construction or installation experience preferred Experience in production and manufacturing project management is a plus. Management experience preferred. Knowledge of Macola a plus. Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting, standing or walking. Occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment: Majority of work performed in a general office environment Remote positions are not available at this time. Position may require occasional availability for extended hours.
