NTO Commercial is a growing commercial general contractor based in Northeast Tarrant County, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and values teamwork, communication, and quality execution.ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, schedules, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project budgets and costsCoordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory requirementsOversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activitiesManage project schedules, timelines, and daily construction activitiesProvide regular updates on project progress, costs, and milestonesEnsure compliance with building codes and safety standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Construction Science or related studies. 5–7 years of commercial construction project management experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, BluebeamStrong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyNTO Commercial offers the opportunity to grow with a strong, team-oriented company that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term relationships.Apply today to join our growing team.
