Technical Program Manager (Salesforce / GTM / Billing)
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
We are hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce, GTM systems, and billing platforms. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs involving Salesforce ecosystem integrations, quote-to-cash workflows, billing systems, and business systems transformation.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ preferred)
- Experience with GTM systems / Sales Operations / RevOpsStrong exposure to billing / quote-to-cash / subscription billing workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional technical programs involving engineering, product, finance, and business teams
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, CRM / enterprise platforms
- Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and program governance
- Agile / Scrum environment experience preferred
- PreferredSalesforce CPQZuora / Netsuite / billing platforms
- SaaS / cloud infrastructure environment experience
