Cloaked is a privacy startup dedicated to rebuilding consumer trust in how personal data is used. Our vision is to create an internet that serves the needs of its users, first and foremost—with individual privacy and opt-in at the core. Our product is a virtual “cloak” that you use as you visit any website — Facebook, Amazon, etc. It lets you choose to share all, some, or none of your private information based on your personal preference.What will you do?Own the development, user experience, management, and growth of the Cloaked Pay suiteDefine and implement internal operations and processes required to efficiently launch and run Cloaked PayCreate and execute a concrete GTM strategy for a successful Cloaked Pay launchCollect and analyze product data to continuously grow and adapt the product based off of consumer insightsWork closely with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve broader company goalsInterface directly with customers to gather feedback and derive strategic decisions off of trends and dataManage relationships with bank partners, attend vendor and partner meetings, and navigate regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal collaborationFoster a culture of creativity and experimentation within teams, encouraging innovative approaches to product development and problem-solving whileCommunicate progress, challenges and timelines to key internal and external stakeholdersWhat skills and experiences will help you?Knowledge of payments and servicing fundamentalsA background in consumer-based SaaS product management in a startupTrack record of successful product scaling in the fintech industryData skills: Comfortable with SQL. Be able to identify, interpret, visualize, and improve metrics that drive business goalsExperience running experiments with GTM and growth strategiesKnowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentalsPlus points for knowledge of financial regulationsExperience dealing with fraud and building creative solutionsBe able to simulate and forecast different models to predict potential product outcomesUnderstand the user acquisition journey and marketing journeyWhat do we like?A get-it-done mindset. The office building is home to several amenities, including a gourmet cafe, cocktail bar, and a rooftop work area.We have a fully built out kitchen packed with drinks and snacks. The Cloaked team has diverse interests and so we frequently embark on team outings and go out for socials!Compensation And BenefitsWe offer above market rate pay and equity based off of the market's best commercially available data. Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.Cloaked employees have 401K, as well as top of the line Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.We offer flexible work arrangements and the ability to work remotely as needed.
