Apply via Dice today!Position: Executive IT Services SpecialistLength: 12+ Month contract, Option to convert PERM after 6 monthsLocation: On-site in Wayne, PA - On-site 5 days a weekPay rate- $45-50/hr on W2Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Provide priority, concierge-level IT support for ~200 executives and principalsOwn end-to-end support for Windows/macOS devices, iOS (iPhone/iPad), and executive AVSupport Microsoft 365 workloads and executive collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom)Perform proactive maintenance, patching, and device lifecycle managementTroubleshoot complex desktop, mobile, VPN, Wi-Fi, and conferencing issues under pressureServe as a trusted IT advisor with strong discretion and executive presencePartner with Network, Security, and Enterprise IT teams for escalationsParticipate in on-call rotations and ~15–25% travel for board meetings and executive eventsRequiredSeveral years IT support experience; 2+ years supporting C-suite / VIP usersStrong Windows, macOS, and iOS experience in enterprise environmentsProven executive-facing support with high discretion and urgencyCertifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Apple are a plusTechnical environment & tools (hands-on):Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOSMobile Platforms: iOS (iPhone/iPad); Android exposure preferredEndpoint & MDM: Microsoft Intune, Jamf ProProductivity & Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), OneDrive, SharePointVideo Conferencing & AV: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Google Meet, executive conference room AVIdentity & Access: Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, conditional accessNetworking: VPN clients, enterprise Wi-Fi, basic LAN/WAN troubleshootingSecurity: Endpoint security tools, encryption, executive data protection best practicesHardware: Laptops/desktops, mobile devices, docks, peripherals, and executive accessories.apolis2024Must have experience:MUST have White Glove service experience (LOTS OF IT)Interacting with high level C-Suite executivesEXCELLENT CommunicationExtremely dependableAble to work independently and very versatile
