Regional General Manager – Choice HotelsWe are a hotel management company currently managing 5 hotel properties across Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Vermont. We are seeking an experienced Regional General Manager with strong Choice Hotels experience to oversee operations across our Choice-branded portfolio and support each property’s leadership team in achieving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of all Choice Hotels properties within the portfolio• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to individual Hotel General Managers and department heads• Monitor hotel financial performance including revenue, labor costs, budgets, and profitability• Ensure Choice Hotels brand standards, guest satisfaction scores, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved• Conduct regular property visits, operational audits, and performance reviews• Audit hotel operations, financial controls, guest service standards, and overall property condition to ensure efficiency and compliance• Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue, improve occupancy, enhance guest experience, and maximize profitability• Develop and implement sales-driving strategies, operational improvements, and cost-control initiatives across all properties• Assist sales and revenue management teams with market positioning, pricing strategies, and business development opportunities• Assist or step in as Acting General Manager when necessary due to vacancies, transitions, or operational needs• Support recruiting, training, coaching, and leadership development across all properties• Work closely with ownership and executive leadership on reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand requirements• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused serviceQualifications:• Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple hotel properties• Previous General Manager or Regional leadership experience required• Strong Choice Hotels brand experience required• Strong understanding of the Choice Hotels ecosystem, including ChoiceADVANTAGE, brand compliance, operational standards, audits, and guest satisfaction programs• Experience improving hotel performance, increasing revenue, and leading operational turnarounds preferred• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Willingness to travel between properties as needed
