Wright Multifamily’s mission is to provide excellent customer service for residents that choose to make our communities their homes.Position SummaryThe Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and supervising property maintenance staff. The role requires regular interaction with residents, vendors, and staff and involves both administrative and on-site operational responsibilities.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperations & Financial ManagementOversee day-to-day property operations in accordance with company policiesMonitor financial performance, including rent collections, delinquency management, and budget adherenceMaintain accurate operational and financial recordsLeasing & MarketingEnsure property occupancy goals are metConduct leasing tours and oversee leasing activitiesMonitor local market conditions and implement marketing strategiesResident RelationsAddress resident concerns and maintain positive community relationshipsImplement resident retention programsPersonnel ManagementSupervise and support staff performance and developmentSchedule and assign work responsibilitiesAddress performance concerns and document appropriatelyMaintenance OversightConduct routine property inspectionsCoordinate maintenance priorities and ensure timely completion of work ordersSupport emergency response proceduresAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned based on operational needsSupport company initiatives and compliance requirementsQualificationsPrevious multifamily property management experience preferredStrong customer service orientation with the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, vendors, and team membersEnergetic and optimistic mindset with the ability to embrace challenges and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach. Knowledge of leasing practices and resident managementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPhysical Requirements And Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role.
