Regional Sales Director - North Central US & Central CanadaAmerican Products is seeking an innovative, solutions-focused sales professional with strong knowledge of the telecommunications market, especially fiber and wireless. This role focuses on turning customer challenges into opportunities while promoting American Products' enclosure solutions across a defined region. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow solution-based sales for Networks, Distributors, OEMs, and End Users Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets Work effectively from a home office and manage your schedule independently Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads Collaborate with internal teams and support overall sales strategy QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in telecommunications At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional RequirementsMinimum 50% travel Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Must follow safety practices, including use of safety glasses and steel-toe boots
