For more than 26 years, Next Level Community Development Center (NLCDC) has been committed to educating, enlightening, and empowering youth and families throughout Middle Georgia. We are seeking an organized, energetic, and mission-driven Program Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our youth development programs. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality programming, exceptional staff leadership, and outstanding service to youth and families.
Position Summary
The Program Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of all organizational programs while ensuring excellence in program implementation, staff supervision, compliance, and community engagement.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all organizational programs and daily operations. Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate program managers and staff.
Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, high-performing organizational culture. Ensure operational excellence across all programs.
Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Lead staff meetings, planning sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. Oversee curriculum implementation, program scheduling, enrollment, attendance, transportation, and family engagement.
Coordinate special events, educational experiences, workshops, and community initiatives.
Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous quality improvements.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff.
Conduct coaching sessions and annual performance evaluations.
Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate program coverage.
Foster professional growth, accountability, and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and grant regulations.
Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
Prepare reports and assist with grant reporting requirements.
Represent NLCDC at meetings, community events, and partnership opportunities.
Foster positive relationships with parents and community partners.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Education, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Public Administration, Youth Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in youth development, education, nonprofit management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Experience managing youth development programs preferred. Experience with grant-funded programs preferred. Experience working with underserved youth and families preferred.

Pay: $45,023.02 - $50,242.78 per year
