Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Outbound sales)Duration: 6 monthsShift: Training 8 am to 5 pm | Monday-Friday,Note: After training they will move to their perm shift. Shift will be from 9-5:30 pm EST.Location: RemotePay Range: $22.00 - 24.00/hourAdditional Notes:They are expected to make around 250-300 calls a day on marketing provided leads. So warm dialing, no cold calling. This leads to about 60-80 conversations per day.Will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's.Work performed:Lead Development Reps (LDR) book appointments for the Account Executives to have a deeper conversation on a typically 30ish minute sales call.You're an enthusiastic self-starter who is genuinely interested in people and you have a knack for getting others engaged in conversationIdentifies and consider innovative approaches to situations or problems.Ability to flex from one priority to another and make smart decisions about where and how to invest your timeAccept new or radical ideas with an open mindYou are an avid learner who is inquisitive, loves big challenges, and can take on change with high emotional intelligence.Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a positionYou have experience in either sales or professional influence but won't let qualifications stop you from applying for any role.
