Overview As Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager, you lead a high‑mix production team crafting advanced infrared sensor arrays. You drive process optimization, equipment selection, and yield improvements for FPA production, partnering with development and integration engineers on capital projects. You’ll analyze data to drive corrective actions and maintain robust documentation and process controls. This role blends technical leadership with hands‑on manufacturing, shaping next‑gen IR sensors at LM Missiles and Fire Control in Goleta.
