Semiconductor Dep/Etch Senior Process Engineer

Overview In this role you will drive sustaining and development of III-V and Si semiconductor processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate new techniques into manufacturing. You will lead process definition, equipment requirements, and evaluation of devices, while guiding capital procurement for new capabilities.
