This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on converting interest into revenue and building meaningful client relationships.What You’ll DoOwn the Full Sales Cycle From inbound lead to close—no handoffs, full accountability.Convert Inbound Leads to Demos Engage prospects via phone, email, and SMS with consistent follow-ups.Run Discovery Calls & Product Demos Identify client needs and position solutions effectively.Drive Trial-to-Close Conversion Support onboarding, monitor usage, and guide clients toward adoption and purchase.Build Your Own Pipeline Source opportunities through outbound outreach and personal networks.Contribute to Sales Strategy Provide insights on messaging, objections, and process improvements.Who You Are2+ years of AE experience in B2B SaaS — you've owned a full sales cycle and have the closes to show for itBonus points if you've sold into physical therapy, rehab, or healthcare clinicsRelentless on outreach — phone, email, SMS — and you don't stop until you get an answerConsultative seller who can run discovery, handle objections, and build genuine trust with clinic ownersSelf-directed and pipeline-minded — you're not waiting for leads to fall in your lapMotivated by ownership, performance-based comp, and growing with a company from the ground floorCompensation & Benefits$65,000-$75,000 base | ~$120K OTE | Uncapped commissionCommission tied directly to deals you close — the more you own, the more you earnEquity stake in a growing companyUnlimited PTOFully remoteMedical, Dental, and Vision (50% employer-covered)Why Join UsBe a foundational hire with direct impact on company growthFull ownership of deals and earning potentialClear path to leadership as the company scalesOpportunity to shape the sales playbook from the ground upReady to Apply?If you see a 50-provider clinic come through as a hand-raise and your first instinct is to pick up the phone — this role was built for you.
