Job PostingSchedule 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, some Saturdays and overtime as required Job DutiesOperate commercial Zero Turn mowers according to company specification for cut and height Perform string trimming and edging at job sites Utilize backpack blowers to clean surfaces after mowing and trimming is complete Work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner Ensure each jobsite is completed to site specification and Tender Lawn Care's quality expectations QualificationsAttention to detail and an eye for excellence Ability to be on time and stay until the day's work is complete Previous commercial mowing experience is a plus, but not required Valid Drivers License Ability to manage workload and work independently Must be able to communicate with others in an effective and positive way Possess an open mind towards learning and taking direction; we do things differently at Tender Lawn Care Physical RequirementsStand, bend and kneel for extended periods of time Lift a minimum of 50 pounds often Work extended hours Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality Work in suboptimal weather conditions Benefits and OpportunitiesWe invest in new equipment and in the maintenance of all the equipment TLC relies on to do the job right.
