Virtual Office Manager & Transaction Coordinator (Remote)Key Responsibilities:Manage real estate transactions from LOI to closing, including timelines, documents, and complianceServe as the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails; route inquiries appropriatelyMaintain and update CRM systems; assist with implementation and process improvementsSupport broker productivity through calendar management, follow-ups, and task coordinationTrack commissions, prepare invoices, and monitor paymentsConduct property research and assist with listings and client materialsCoordinate virtual office operations and liaise with on-site staff as neededMaintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirementsRequirements:3+ years experience in real estate transaction coordination, brokerage admin, or similar roleStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentProfessional phone presence and attention to detailNice to Have:Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, or similar platformsFamiliarity with DocuSign and real estate contracts (LOIs, leases, PSA)👉 We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping operations running smoothly and brokers productive.
