As an Assistant Project Manager, you will join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs.  This opportunity will be located onsite at the client location in Florida and requires a daily onsite presence. Key ResponsibilitiesServes as a direct support resource to the client’s Project Management Office (PMO), assisting in the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projectsSupport Project Managers in the planning, coordination and execution of assigned projects within the client’s portfolioTrack project performance against scope, schedule and budget baselines, ensuring variances are escalated promptlyCoordinate activities between internal departments, contractors, consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignmentMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, meeting minutes and status reportsConduct site visits to monitor progress, verify alignment with project plans and coordinate with field personnel and inspectorsReview contractors pay applications and change orders for accuracy and compliance with contract termsAssist in coordinating project activities within an active port environment to minimize disruption to business operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field3–7 years of experience in project coordination or project management supportDemonstrated experience working on maritime or port projectsProficiency in project management tools such as Procore, ACC and MS ProjectProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHave a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal formsHave good to great organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with maritime safety standards or regulatory environmentsExperience with public-sector procurement policies and regulationsBenefitsWe offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans401K, Paid Maternity Leave, Competitive PTOEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and more  Sponsorship and relocation are not available for this opportunity.  Ardmore Roderick is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
