OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Surgery - Vascular for our client in Colorado!Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide first assist in vascular surgery procedures* Support general, endovascular, and complex vascular surgeries* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, MAs, RVTs, and a full-time provider* Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination* Participate in on-call coverage as scheduledQualificationsBoard certified through ABMS or AOA* Active Colorado medical license* COVID-19 vaccination required* Clean malpractice and background history* Must disclose number of years using Epic and the most recent usage dateWorking HoursMust be available to cover two extended weekends per month (Thursday through Monday or Tuesday)* Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60?90 daysSkillsProficient in first assist for vascular surgeries* Experience in procedures including bypass, fem-pop, aorto-femoral/iliac, peripheral, carotid, thoracic, and abdominal surgeries* Skilled in placement of vascular access devices and subclavian steal procedures* xhyhwjd Familiar with Epic EMR system and efficient documentation practices* Ability to work effectively in a trauma-level hospital environmentAll travel expenses are reimbursed by our client and Orchard covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage!Job Type: ContractPay: $175.00 - $185.00 per hourBenefits:Referral programWork Location: In person
