A company is looking for an SRE Support Engineer - Observability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-impact technical support for customers of an internal IaaS platform, focusing on monitoring, alerting, telemetry, and operational tooling
Conduct deep technical troubleshooting across Linux, networking, and observability systems, particularly with Prometheus and AlertManager
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance customer support and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years in Technical Support Engineering, SRE support, DevOps, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, AlertManager, and OpenTelemetry
Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and practical networking troubleshooting
Experience supporting highly scalable applications and distributed systems
Proven ability to analyze customer interaction trends and provide actionable feedback
