This role will assist with maintaining accurate employee documentation and ensuring compliance tracking within their internal systems.Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support a temporary project focused on document management and system updates. This individual will be responsible for transferring and organizing employee records from one platform to another, ensuring all documentation is properly stored and tracked for compliance purposes. This is a project-based role expected to last approximately 6 weeks, with potential for extension based on workload.Key Responsibilities:Transfer employee documents from an internal file system into an HRIS platformAccurately input and track document expiration dates within the systemReview files for completeness and ensure proper categorizationMaintain a high level of accuracy while handling both current and historical recordsSupport data integrity by verifying all uploads are correctly documentedCollaborate with internal team members to ensure project timelines are metQualifications:1+ year of administrative, data entry, or clerical experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working with HR systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plusComfortable handling large volumes of documents and repetitive tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Details:Project-based assignment anticipated to last approximately 6 weeks, with potential to extendStart date targeted for early MayRole is focused exclusively on document processing and system updatesPerks:Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with HRIS systemsShort-term assignment with potential for extensionAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
