Key responsibilities include conducting on-site termite inspections, preparing reports, and recommending treatment plans. The representative will also be responsible for communicating with homeowners, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts through education on services and benefits. Additional duties may include participating in training sessions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.QualificationsField Service experience, including conducting inspections and creating reportsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needsExperience in Sales and the ability to educate clients about available servicesTraining capabilities to enhance knowledge sharing and team developmentDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independentlyValid Branch 3 Field Representative license and a clean driving recordPhysical ability to perform inspections, including climbing ladders and accessing confined spacesFamiliarity with termite mitigation techniques and pest control standards is a plus
