Outside Sales Representative

As the front lines of our Sales team, you will roll up your sleeves and lead the charge for new business development to grow our business, both for the short and long term. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, convert prospects into customers, and expand our business. You will generate and handle inbound leads while creating outbound demand and opportunities that culminate in new revenue for our company. You will grow the business for our Maintenance Division while continuing to support our Construction Division. You will also be the key contributor in the continued refinement and deployment of our strategic marketing plan, sales strategies, customer relations, and new business acquisition processes.Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 OTE
