Quality Engineer

Location: Kansas CitySalary: $60,000 - $95,000Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality initiatives, process improvement efforts, and customer satisfaction objectives within a fast-paced production environment.What You'll Be DoingInvestigating quality concerns and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Supporting new product introductions and process changes to ensure quality standards are achieved. Monitoring quality performance metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborating with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality-related issues. Participating in audits, inspections, and quality system activities. Assisting with quality documentation, process controls, and compliance requirements. Helping drive a culture of quality throughout the organization. What You'll NeedBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and quality-related manufacturing experience. Experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality planning, process control, problem-solving methodologies, and statistical analysis. Experience utilizing quality tools and quality management systems. Willingness to obtain ASQ certification if not already certified.
