Los Angeles, CAFull Time - PermanentResponsibilities Deliver outstanding legal counsel on labor and employment-related matters, including:Human resources issuesWage and hour complianceUnemployment claims and state agency disputesLabor relations and employee benefitsEmployment agreements and policy developmentEmployment litigation and grievancesDraft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients.Assess legal risks and opportunities in labor and employment matters, providing sound advice.Negotiate and facilitate settlements for legal disputes.Educate clients and stakeholders on legal matters, policies, and procedures.Manage administrative and operational tasks associated with legal practice.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of substantial litigation experience.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent ability to build and maintain client relationships.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
