Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role. The Kitchen Lead will oversee food preparation and cooking, ensure that hygiene standards are rigorously maintained, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with the team and supporting customer service goals through high-quality food delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a demonstrated ability to execute high-quality dishesThorough understanding of Hygiene standards and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchenEffective Communication skills to collaborate with all kitchen staff and managementCustomer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experience and address guest needs when requiredPrior experience in a kitchen leadership role is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentA deep appreciation for Caribbean cuisine is a plus
