Responsibilities:Lead a culture of Safety within the workplaceImprove operational management systems, processes and best practicesHold the plant accountable for standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenueDrive operational excellence and process optimizationFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use them to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecastsPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIsProvides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.Establish and maintain a well-motivated team including training, supporting and developing each team member.Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunitiesDrives the performance process and professional development of all Management level personnel within the teamFind ways to increase quality of customer serviceOther duties as assignedSkills & Experience10 years of people management experiencebachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Manufacturing, Engineering, related fields, or equivalent experienceprogressive experience managing operations and teamknowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementexperience budgeting and forecastingfamiliarity with business and financial principleexcellent communication skillleadership abilityoutstanding organizational skills
