Responsibilities: Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions. Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely. Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status. Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes. Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
